Bristol Haiti 2004 Rum

70cl

Haiti 2004 Reserve Rum is produced by Société Du Rhum Barbancourt from cane juice then double distilled and matured in French Oak. They produce the finest rum from Haiti and the difference with this bottling being that it was shipped in bulk to the UK and filled to ex Bourbon wood and matured in cool damp warehousing. This gives a super colour/nose/palate combination with soft fruit and spice combined with the vanilla input of the American Oak giving a well balanced full flavoured rum. To be enjoyed over ice or with a favourite mixer.
